I approach cake as sculpture.
With a background in interior architecture and art history, my work is rooted in form, proportion, material, and narrative. Each piece begins as a study — drawing, modeling, and surface exploration — informed by classical sculpture, botanical illustration, and the beauty of organic imperfection.
Working primarily in fondant, gum paste, and wafer paper, I create hand-built objects that sit at the intersection of fine art and celebration.
Work is available for private commission, editorial projects and select collaborations.
